Bidrage med feedbackA very simple and traditional Mexican seafood joint. Nothing fancy, just nice people serving up very large amounts of local food at reasonable prices. Don Horacio and family will make you welcome. Fresh juices. Beer. Fabulous homemade salsa. Try it!
Dogs fighting and barking among the guests. No peace. Only one server for ten tables.Food is acceptable, bit not more.
Very nice staff, good food (especially the jumbo shrimp and the fish), large portions, then followed by a homemade dessert. We will be back.
This place deserves more business. The food is fantastic, reasonably priced, location obviously the culprit here. Had garlic octopus and breaded tuna, and both were very well made.
I'm writing this review mainly because I think this restaurant deserves more clients! Because it's off the main strip, at the very end of a side street, it doesn't seem to get much traffic. But the food is very good and plentiful, the service quick (at least when I was there perhaps because it was almost empty! , and overall it was a great value and relaxing experience compared to other meals I've had in Zipolite! The menu is the standard local fare various fish, shrimp, chicken etc dishes served with rice, fries, salad etc but all very fresh and tasty, in generous potions, and cheaper than most other equivalent places. I don't know the name of the street but it runs parallel to the main drag, one block back, and this restaurant is at the east end of it. Pacha Mama restaurant is on the corner of the block, walk past Aperitivo restaurant and a few others, Piedra de Fuego is at the end.
