Bidrage med feedbackWe went to boneta, based on the good reviews, and this fact that my man really wanted to try a big tlayuda. we had some on the road in puerto escondido and were impressed. the restaurant itself is beautiful and comfortable. they bring them out...comlimentary salsa and guacamole (with grashüpfern! due to the grashüpfer I passed, but my man enjoyed it, even though he said he had no grashüpfer preferred. the service was good, but they were the only table. my man ordered the grilled steak tlayuda and I had the handmade fukinus with four cheeses. our two dishes were very faulty, my pasta was gummy and broken and the sauce far to heavy and clumpy for the delicate hand made pasta. it was very sticky and salty. it was edible and I could say that the noodles were soft and tender, probably would be better with a light tomato sauce. the tlayuda, on the other hand, was terrible, the medium-sized rare steak came out steamed? it was not in any wise grilled and in no wise medium rare, it was served on the side? the tlayuda was closed with cheese-omat and salat, the salat was naturally devastated as it was damped in the dish. it was very bland and not delicious at all. we should know now, it is always best to try the basic Mexican food on the road where they get a tasty tasty for a fraction of the price and it will taste better than a futile over taco, quesidilla or tlayuda. I'd never go back to the definitiw. the pasta still sits in my like glue.
We have passed on this restaurant while we walk on the first day in oaxaca around the colonial reforma quarter. we thought to be a delicious lunch, starting with free guacamole filled with chipulinen. they specialize in maul dishes, so we have a pig with maultier neger and tried a filet fish with a green maul throw. both dishes were delicious. we drank handcrafted beer. we were too full of dessert, but the waiter brought free pieces of cake. the atmosphere of the restaurant was light, airy and very pleasant. the armed watch at the door seemed superfluous, but they don't have to worry about satey while they eat here.
We were on la bonita looking for a local mercenary. we were faded, so we went to this nicely furnished restaurant and had a very good meal. they have local craft cerveza, which has been carved with chocolate. our meal, pescado in green mol sauce...and pork ribs in black mol sauce were delicious.
Felicidades!
