Excellent pour over and ambiance is classy and quiet (at least in the morning . Edit: went back and also had the best quiche I have ever had. It was moist, and tastefully accompanied with a leafy salad that was herbaceous and complex (not boring lettuce and or arugula. 10/10

Shockingly good cafe. The food was honestly some of the better food we had in Oaxaca which is saying something. The pastries were memorably creative. The manual coffees and espresso hold their own against what specialty shops are doing elsewhere. Very proper extraction and clean, clear flavors in both the v60s we had as well as the aeropress. The service was great on both occasions. I highly recommend you try the Cauliflower dish and the bowl of fruit. The cauliflower dish has delightful layers of texture and flavor and color. The fruit is great and comes with a very floral honey to dip that enhances and changes the fruit in a way that we had to experience twice. The pastry with (I believe) hominy corn was a great experience as well.

Favorite coffee shop in Oaxaca city! Good ambiance, friendly service, cozy and spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas with wifi, delicious specialty coffee from the region and homemade baked goods. And most importantly, they open early!

I've been to a lot of cafes in Oaxaca and this is one of the best. The pastries are unique and delicious with local herbs baked into them. The rest of their food is also great. The staff is friendly and at least some of them speak English. They take their coffee very seriously and you can tell out the utmost care into their coffee making.

I have been in almos all cafeterias form downtown Oaxaca. An this is place is at the top of the list. Always so consistent, all the menu is fool flavor and all the ingredientes always feel fresh. I JUST don’t have words for the barbacoa grilled cheese. The bread is amazing as well and the coffe is one of the best extractions of town. Plus the staff is pure good vibes. You JUST CANT be in Oaxaca and not have breakfast here at least one.
