Temptations Bakery - Oamaru

A wee gem of a place with warm greeting, hot coffee and tasty soft cheese scroll all very modestly priced.

Called into Temptations Bakery in Aomaru to quench our thirst and hunger for the morning.The Bakery was nicely presented and clean. The lady behind the counter was professional but friendly and she made a very nice Large Mocha which we accompanied with a chicken, apricot, cream cheese pie and a tasty chicken, cranberry and brie pie. We also had a yummy Apple shortcake slice and a Cararmel Donut.

So yummy. The sausage roll was cooked to perfection and my partners sandwich looked very full and healthy :p not expensive, prices were fair and the quality of the bread was top notch. Recommend the pizza bread and any of the loafs

Innovative, local owners. The baker is a West- Islander (Australian). Him and his lovely wife employ locals to serve a variety of lovingly made produce. The latest pie is Peppered Pork and Apple. My favourite is still a snack-sized Potato top. Just enough pie to not feel guilty about. Perfect
