Our food was fresh and hot. the personal was limited, but the best. very polite and invited us back. I ordered from burger without ketchup and got ketchup on it. my enkelin ordered ketchup and didn't get a ketchup. (they were two different types of burgers, so we couldn't just change)But they were mild mistakes. we were actually the only customers there, so it really shouldn't happen,big the ticket was read carefully. eating my grand was perfect. I eat at this place, so I know her and it's actually done right in that. they also have no problem with correcting a correction. in and outside.

I do eat at this location, so I'm familiar with it and it's usually done correctly. They have no issue with correcting a fix either.Easy in and out location.

You have to check your bag before you leave the drive thru. They will forget an item that you paid for 100% of the time. It think this is a post pandemic thing because this didn't really happen before. I imagine this franchise owner doesn't pay workers well and can't keep good help around.

The employee initially told me that they didn't have the product that was advertised. However, another employee claimed that they did have it. Additionally, the first employee struggled to give me the correct change and needed assistance.

The food here is acceptable, but the dining room hours are completely inconsistent. One morning I arrived at 6:30 AM, and they were open, while the next day I went at 7:00 AM and found the place closed, with the drive-thru line extending out onto the road. Not everyone has half an hour to wait in the drive-thru when they could easily walk in and grab their order. It’s frustrating to hear them say they’re short-staffed when I see two employees sitting at a table, just looking at me as I try to open the door!
