Tim Hortons - Oakville

Went through the drive thru, was told to wait on the side for my food along with another guest who had already been waiting for one wrap for 10 minutes and after 6 minutes of me waiting for my two bagel, one belt and one cream cheese they gave me the wrong bagels for the order. I’m already gone so it’s not like I can get it fixed, I can’t eat now. If you’re going to take forever at least know how to read and follow through on the orders you get.

Asked for an ice coffee with light ice and light cream, gives me a half full cup with hardly any coffee and lots of cream. The joke of a woman on the till wouldn’t even top it up with some coffee the weirdo.

I often visit the combined Tim Hortons and Wendy's restaurant. It is usually crowded and the service is quite slow.

I visited a very clean restaurant where I enjoyed a good cup of coffee. However, I was given a different drink than the caramel latte I had ordered. Despite the mix-up, the drink I received was still enjoyable. The staff members were friendly and seemed to be working diligently. Additionally, the blueberry muffin we shared was tasty as well.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered only two coffees, but they still managed to mess it up. Funny, right?
