Salad Thai - Oakville

This place looks deceiving from the outside, but the food is amazing and well priced, service is excellent, and they are very accommodating with dietary restrictions. I would absolutely go back.

It does not look grand on the outside but the food and service is totally excellent. We had mango salad, Pad Thai and green chicken curry with coconut milk.

My experience lately has declined, they are always getting the orders wrong , forgetting items , ordered chicken got tofu . They always offer a free replacement on next order but when that happens 80% of the time , it's time to move on .

We tried a few appetizers, the fish cakes we were not too impressed with, due to their sponginess, while the chicken satay were soft and flavourful. The spicy eggplant, a nice portion, was not too spicy but still light and tasty. Very good also the pad thai. Lots of value in all dishes

Salad Thai is our 'go to' for Thai food, be it a quiet family dinner at home or a more extensive get together. I have never eaten at the restaurant however have ordered take-away for both large and small groups. The food is excellent. The only downside is they don't deliver.
