Bidrage med feedbackThe pizza was decent, but something is off with the crust. The crust is way too chewy doughy. I’m not sure if it was a low hydration crust or what it was. If the pizza wasn’t as expensive I would have given it a better rating but it tasted like conveyor belt faux-sourdough. The amount of toppings was a bit surprising. I don’t mind paying extra but at least make it worth it (see photo for reference).Again it’s decent pizza but at this price point I expected better crust at a minimum. It’s just too chewy.
Decent however there are better pizza spots in OakvilleEl Capitan pictured in
Walked in last Friday with the wife and wanted to tryordered a 16 pie and asked the person behind the counter whether we could get 3 toppings on one side and 3 on the otherthey said yes so we went ahead and opted to get fior di latte bacon mushrooms on one half and pepperoni, green peppers and bacon on the otherfor conveyor oven pizza I have to give credit to the product as it tasted good however I still prefer stone baked (gas, electric or wood burning) they should definitely invest in a stone conveyor as I believe the crust would turn out 1000 times better.Value wise simply not there: we paid $46 for a 16 pie which is confusing to me and I can only reconcile it by drawing the conclusion that the $3.75 was charged 6 times even though when you do half and half you get half the use half the quantity!?If that is the pricing policy, we should have been warned upon ordering that such a thing would cause the price to skyrocket.Lastly, bacon was crumbled, taste good but there was barely any, the green peppers were chopped in 3mm cubes and there was at the most one tablespoon of green peppers in total and the half side with mushrooms had a total of 4 tiny mini cremini (one per slice) again top quality ingredients but too skimpyNot sure we'll be returning.....
Pizza was delicious. Service on the other hand lacks in this place. We were literally the only ones there, and I get it that if there are no servers, it’s tricky but we were just served the pizza box, no plates, no napkins, no straws. Like if you have tables, make sure you have enough people to actually serve those who’ll seat to eat. Also, the washrooms were disgusting and cans topped with toilet paper.
The pizza and the pasta of blondies pizza we picked up last night. it was okay, nothing special. pasta was bland and could say it is not fresh. pizza was prefabricated and tasted like an overpriced load bought pizza, the ingredients are not tasty, I have to say the customer service was very good, ordering was made very fast and quickly when considering that we ordered before closing. about all vibes in restaurant we are super cool, love the facility, very beautiful made. Girl at the front end was very sweet, just needs some fine tuning in the kitchen
