Bidrage med feedbackWas told by a member of staff, that my payment hadn't gone through, please redo my card. First payment was $69.00 second $58.90. Got home to discover I was charged for both payments. Tried calling, no one to talk to. Sent an email, was told I have to dispute the charges with my bank. Really bad response as this is Nandos Marion fault.
Tonight my partner and I were involved in a car accident after ordering online. We were an hour and a half late. It was a pretty rough night and nandos was going to be our treat after a rough few weeks. The lovely girl who service us should be commended for her commitment and kindness. She made sure that we were okay and offered to remake our food so that it was hot and fresh — something, that as a business, they had no obligation to do. The food was fantastic and added a bit of joy to an otherwise terrible night. I so wish we had got her name. Nether the less, a huge THANK YOU. Your little bit of kindness went a long way :
A while back, my family and I went to Nandos with some friends for a meal before our movie night, a tradition we had done many times before. When we arrived, the greeter informed us that the new procedure for ordering meals involved using a smartphone at the table, although we could still order at the counter. After choosing our meals, my dad and husband went to the counter to place our order. However, the staff member at the counter said they could not take our order and instructed us to use a smartphone at the table instead. Since my husband was the only one with a smartphone, they returned to the table but had trouble with the app. After multiple attempts, my husband went back to the counter to request that our order be taken there, but was told it was not possible. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, my husband decided we should leave. We ended up going to another restaurant in the mall and had a great meal, discussing our surprise at how empty Nando's was that evening and how easily we were able to get a table. We have not returned to Nando's since then, as the frustrating experience still bothers us.
This restaurant is suitable for a quick meal if you're not too picky. The food was not very hot and the chicken was quite small. The chips were overly seasoned. Overall, it was decent, but compared to the other dining options in the area, we regretted our choice.
Had a very reasonable meal after the movies. Very nice it was open with very reasonable food without being excellent. Staff were ok without being poor or excellent
