Sparky's Giant Burgers - Oakland

This was such a wonderful place to eat. The outdoor patio had fresh crisp air flowing through the open windows with the smell of trees and thriving plants surrounding the perimeter blowing in the wind adorned with stringed lights to add the extra touch of eye candy while we dined one of the tastiest burgers I have had in a long while, French fries were crunchy and perfectly fried ,while the onion rings were equally some of the best I have ever had. Also, for ranch lovers out there, theirs is top notch. They had free cucumber water as well. All in all, this was such a great place to stop for some decadent grub! Would love to come here again next time I am in town. I ordered the turkey burger while my comrades had a double cheeseburger and bacon burger. The self serve kiosk made ordering fast and easy.

Could have been better could have been worse. Got the salmon burger. You order via the kiosks. Able to eat there . Quick. Nice location. Perhaps I need to try a different item. We'll see.

Not sure why they call them giant burgers. Still pretty tasty though.

This was the best burger I had in my life and I love the amount of fries they gave. Overall 5 stars.

I was very disappointed with the service! I was forced to order at the Kiosk and my payment went through. However their order platform that was connected to the payment device was not online so the two systems were not connected so they did not get my order. I told the lady what happened at the window and her response was that they didn't get my order so she would not make the food. She called the owner who cosigned her decision not to make the food. Both the owner and the lady at the window said that I wouldn't be charged. Well, I was charged. Now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge. I simply want my money back!!! I didn't get to taste the food but the customer service was definitely non-existent !
