Mcdonald's - Oakland

Need to get workers that speak English and know how to take order. Every time I go there food is not fresh and always something not rite

My three children used to love McDonald's, but now the majority of my grandchildren love that place. I never did, so I spent a lot of days eating their Filet-O-Fish with cheese.

This McDonald's has improved their customer service and food quality. They used to be average, but now they are really stepping up their game. Keep up the good work!

This restaurant is a cool spot. I was able to order my food quickly, pay for it, and receive it in no time. The service was fast, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that the drive-thru parking is very limited, so you have to park on the street, which can be confusing as people tend to cut in front of you. Despite this, I would still go back. They just need to improve their parking situation.

The Filao Fish sandwich was fresh, but the quarter pounder was very greasy. Otherwise, it was good.
