El Potrillo Birrieria - Oakland

This is the Tapatio Square outside guadalajara, mexiko! the birrie, the tacos and even the jarritos are authentic. the staff is nice, but eating is great. they come here on Sunday morning, it can be crowded.

So glad I found this hidden gem. the birria is from the hook! a great place to get a beer and a birria. it won't be more authentic than that. the people are friendly, service is prompt and the mood is welcoming. you have to go early for the birria dorados. also make sure to try the maisquesadilla with birria. this is the new target for the weekend.

Great place for birria and menudo, needs some remodeling to the place but, food and micheladas are good

Birria is good, well cooked they give you all the fixings that come with it. They're hot sauce is really good too. If you're going to try it go, because the lady that works there said that meat prices are going up so more than likely so will their prices.

Can I give it more STARS. Yes that's how good this Birria is. I wish they did the Macho sausage like the old days. They cook this just like the old country in Zapotlanejo, Jalisco Mexico.
