Primavera - Oakland Park

Reservation for 4 was messed up. Went there before theatre (next door) made that clear when we sat down. Were there 1 1/2 hours before show, so should have had plenty of time. Appetizers did not arrive until 40 minutes after ordering them we asked about status several times. Dinner did not arrive until 15 minutes before show started, so had to rush through dinner. Host/owner assured us that theatre was holding curtain for us that was not true and we missed part of the show. He was also very unpleasant and basically told us that it was our fault. Once at the theatre, we found out there were several other parties that had the same or worse experience as us. Food was good. Would only recommend this restaurant if: 1) you like being treated poorly by restaurant staff and owners, 2) you enjoy rushing through dinner and 3) you enjoy long waits before being served. I would never consider going to this restaurant again you can find food as good plenty of places without the attitude and slow service. Hope this prevents others from having the bad experience that we did. On a good note, the show was good and made me forget (at least temporarily) about this.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening. The food was excellent. We got the wine pairing along with it and were very pleased we did. We are not wine people, but enjoyed tasting the different choices with each course. Service was personal and timely without being stuffy.

I had a wonderful time dining here with my husband. We got great service and excellent food. They have a huge wine selection. We had a great evening here.

I liked the pasta primavera, which had very fresh vegetables, and the service was excellent.
