We really enjoyed our visit for my husband's birthday. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. The food was so good we had 3 courses! We loved the black pudding scotch egg and the duck parfait; my husband had the grouse which he said was perfect, and I felt the same about my breast of chicken with girolles. The pudding platter was superb and we'll remember that for a long time to come. We loved our wine choices too Nyetimber English sparkling wine, viognier and Australian pinot noir.
