H-b Saloon - Oakdale

I used to visit the H Bar B every year during the Oakdale rodeo season. There was never a dull moment! The drinks and food were fantastic, and it was always a great time. I can't wait to go back this summer!

Old town bar and really nice place the people that run it are very nice people.

TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE BUT IT'S DEFINITELY NOT MY LAST. THE CLAM CHOWDER IS THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE BEST I'VE EVER HAD. THE STAFF WAS THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE BEST AS WELL. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY FIRST VISIT A GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VISIT, I'LL BE BACK.

This restaurant has a pretty good chicken fried steak. The crunchy coating is great. The garlic mashed potatoes were bitter. The atmosphere is rustic and dingy.

This is still a true authentic western Restaurant Saloon in 2021. Just what you would expect in the Cowboy Capital. The restaurant and bar are separate and the feel is definitely a good one. The food is good and the steaks are great. Service we had was very personalized and friendly. This place is a true gem...
