Shout out to Alisha, Kane and crew!!! They are so friendly and make sure your food is exactly the way you want it. I am a picky eater, vegetarian and don't like my food to touch anything that has been used for cutting or preparing meat. Thank you so much for understanding and not getting aggravated with me and my picky-ness!

Got two BLTs. Neither one had tomatoes on it. So I got just bacon and lettuce. Half their drinks in the fountain were out of service and their unsweetened tea tasted like rotten eggs. 0/10 would not recommend.

Even though it's more expensive than Subway but it tastes so much better that I stopped eating at Subway I recommend the turkey sub

I have not been a sub sandwich eater for most of my life. I am over 50. I went to the Oak Brook Terrace location to get my wife her favorite original Italian on white. I decided to try a Philly cheese steak on white. It was the best new thing I've eaten in my life. Alecia who manages the location was so nice and accommodating. We have a franchise near our house but I will always go see Alecia for all future orders. They know what they are doing. I went back again last night and got another of our same order. I complimented Alecia and told her how happy we were with the consistency of their food and service. I hope the owner reads this. I am now a full fledge jersey mikes customer as long as the Oakbrook terrace location is open!
