Bidrage med feedbackI ordered through the drive-thru, and my drinks were expertly prepared. The staff greeted me with a smile, providing excellent service.
Later that afternoon, around 2:45 PM, I waited in line for seven minutes. They told me they would take my order shortly, but after another three minutes, they returned to the speaker to inform me they had closed—at 2:50 PM! No one closes at that time. Once again, they refused to prepare my drink. I tried my luck the next day and got regular coffee, which was burnt. Today, I gave it another shot. The coffee was decent, but my cup was only three-quarters full, and I ordered hashbrowns but received just four tiny pieces. This place seriously needs to be shut down, and the staff should be replaced. Dunkin’ needs to step it up; this is unacceptable. I highly recommend going to the Dunkin’ Donuts in York Plaza, just a mile away, or one of the many nearby Starbucks instead. I would definitely avoid this location.
The cashier can be quite rude if you ask her to remake your order because it’s not correct. She’s also very nosy and will peek into your car if you’re FaceTiming someone. Overall, her attitude is off-putting and makes you not want to return to this location.
Never got my hashbrowns with my order and I waiting for almost 15 minutes. Every other car around me got there order in a timely fashion. Not coming here again
Wow, the drive-thru lady at the Oak Brook Dunkin' Donuts is amazing! She displayed fantastic customer service skills—so friendly, welcoming, and full of energy. She made me want to eat there again! She also had large COVID-19 signs, which I appreciated. I just wish I had caught her name. She truly is fantastic! Go Oak Brook Dunkin' Donuts!
