I would give it -10 stars if that were possible. In Town on business, first time I went there they refused to make my drink with cream, they told me a macchiato was made with milk, and I wanted to substitute cream, and they said no that?s not how they makeit. She literally refused to make my drink like I wanted it. I went later that afternoon, 245. Sat in line for seven minutes,they told me they would take my order in a minute, I sat there another three minutes, then they came back on the speaker andtold me they had closed. It was 250. Nobody closes at 2:50. They once again refused to make my drink. Tried again the next daygot regular coffee. It was burnt. Tried again today, the coffee is OK, although the cup is only 3/4 of the way full, and Iordered hashbrowns. I literally got 4 ????????. Four little hashbrowns. They need to shut this building down, and fire everybodyin it. Do better Dunkin, seriously do better. I would suggest everyone go to the York plaza Dunkin? Donuts, which is only 1 mileaway, or the one of the many Starbucks that are close by. But I would definitely avoid this place.
The cashier will literally show you attitude if you ask them to redo the order because it?s not the way you asked for. She will also look into your car if your face timing someone. Extremely Nosy and extremely rude. Makes you not want to come back to thislocation
Never got my hashbrowns with my order and I waiting for almost 15 minutes. Every other car around me got there order in a timely fashion. Not coming here again
Customer service wasn't terrible! I see another customer had the same exact problem. I went to the store and was completely ignored. Katrina finally went by and saw me standing there. She could have said she was busy and it would be just a few minutes. There was actually no recognition. She didn't even want to see me. I asked her to write her name at my reception. I told her the customer service she gave was terrible and not even acceptable. I told her that her manager should know how she treats customers. She went to the other employees and told them I wanted all their names. But I'm just one of them because she was the only one who saw me. The others worked on the passage. All three employees were only concerned about driving orders. Katrina ignored me again. She took more orders and never wrote her name and never gave me my entrance back. I was forced to go outside to my car and get my phone. I actually did a picture of her so I could have the right person. I know she didn't want me to have the receipt because it would prove the date of time and the person who actually called me. The reception would have all transaction information. I think she wanted to hide this. She knew I was very upset. This is for management. Here is exactly the date and time to track it. It was 21. July 2021 at 10:50 AM Terminal number 97800018349. She needs advice. You shouldn't have her representing your store. I'll never go back there. I'm just going to say terrible things about the store.
