I really enjoy a good sub, and Jimmy John's serves my favorite. Despite the number I eat, I've never had a bad experience. This particular location consistently offers quick and accommodating service. I stopped by for lunch today, and although they were quite busy, they were exceptional. The service was speedy and friendly, not just for me but for everyone who came in during my visit. Absolutely outstanding!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and my sandwich was delicious. I absolutely loved the kickin' ranch! I'll definitely be returning.

Outstanding Subshop! The service here is consistently amazing, and the subs are absolutely the best. I'm giving it a 5-star rating for these reasons—I really love Jimmy John's. However, I did notice that they don't have their hours posted outside or anywhere inside the shop. When I asked while waiting for my food, they mentioned that they open and close at 10 o'clock when the bread is ready, so it’s best to just check for the open sign. While I understand that they may open early when the bread is ready, it would really help if they had some general operating hours posted, even with a disclaimer. It would let customers know when to expect them to be open—6:00, 9:00, 11:00? She said she would pass my suggestion along to Jimmy John himself. Overall, the excellent customer service and delicious food absolutely deserve a 5-star rating!
