Bidrage med feedbackWhen I entered Chopsticks, it was my intention to take it out. I had a quiet, reasonable, cool demeanor during my experience I made a point to keep quiet polite. According to the question whether Entrees contain an egg drop soup, the young lady’s answer was: “No, that is not possible.” (She didn't try to be mean, but as what she gave her answer seemed rude) At this point I decided to dinate instead to see how many “No, that’s not possible” I would get. I have three. When I ask questions, I will not always get the answer I want to hear, and that's okay. But there are better ways to deal with my questions. How: “I’m sorry, but we didn’t ________, did you look at that?” I have several years experience in hospitality and customer service professions. You have to admit the question politely, express empathy and offer an alternative. Before I asked after the check, I wanted to test it again with a question to see what answer I would get. Your answer was different this time. She expressed my question. I wanted to give the restaurant 2 stars, but she gave the right answer just before the check, so I give the restaurant 3 stars. I give the food 5 stars, it is expensive, so I give that 2 stars for not including soup with the duck, I also give my server a 2. However, it has great potential. She seems very bright and diligent.
