The Original Pancake House - Oak Lawn

I really love this place. It is my favorite place for American breakfast. There is a beautiful atmosphere always. For all the seasons.

Even on a very busy day, we were seated in under 10 minutes. The service was excellent and the food was delicious as well. The waffle was particularly noteworthy.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It has a charming mid-century atmosphere. The food is fantastic, and the service is outstanding.

Good food, very nice server. Reasonable prices and a good menu with many choices. However, they missed the boat on cleanliness. The table was sticky, and the bathrooms were literally disgusting. Unsure if I would return or not just based on that aspect alone. $60 for breakfast for 2... icky bathrooms.

The chocolate chip pancakes and omelette were absolutely fantastic. I ordered my omelette with half the cheese, and it was just right for my taste!
