Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

Great work guys!!! Cashuer/customer service was top notch. The young lady handled the long line very very well. Correct and accurate order taken. Great attitude and demeanor. To-go order took about 15 minutes; from ordering until receiving the text message stating that my order was ready. NO Complaints with wait time as it was dinner rush hour. Food is fresh and HOT. The Shake Shack standard is here. Welcome to the neighborhood. Will order the spicy chicken shack sandwich next.

Underwhelming food portion, but tasty nonetheless. As shown next to a normal sized mouse and also an amazom remote, the chicken portion is REALLY SMALL! The sandwich was still tasty though and the chicken was tender. The sauce they added was also good. Had a shake as well, and it was OK. Ive definitely had better, but also have had worse. For a place with Shake in its name, I expected a much better shake. It is not thick at all and does not have that ice cream feel/taste as a proper shake should have. Overall, a mediocre place with decent food.

Dissatisfied?.. Highly Dissatisfied! This was my first visit and I won?t return. The burgers are Wendy?s dollar menu patties. The are the exact same size and taste, so I?m confident they must have the same suppliers. With the cost of the burger I expected it to taste well, and it did not. The food was, hot but for some odd reason they had the air conditioning going, so it was freezing in the restaurant. It?s about 10 degrees outside and the ceiling fans are blowing on the patio. I paid $31 for 2 small cokes, a small shake and two small burgers. My mother did say the strawberry shake was delicious, so at least one part of the meal was good. On a good note the staff members are personable and polite.

I should 've checked the reviews before coming here but at least I can say that I tried Shake Shack. The food quality is good but the price point is high. I dined in with my daughter who barely eats but hey, we thought we were pulling up to a fancy restaurant and when we walked in I was surprised. We weren 't greeted! I realized after standing in the wrong place that I needed to go to the kiosk to order our food (the main door had signs that stated out of order). The setup is cafeteria chic I guess, you place your order and when it 's ready you get a text to pick it up. As I stated before the food quality is good but for 2 people $40 isn 't cheap. I also wanted to tip the guy who cleaned the tables he was nice, so I hope that the staff are paid well. Also the blood orange citrusade was great and the pickles are good ????

Came here on Mother's Day and bought $50 worth of burgers. The avacado bacon burger was disappointing it was literally a shaving of an avacado piece that was hard. The sauce was supposed to be on there too and that was a droplets worth. I tried ordering online and the system wasn't working so I went in to order. It wasn't that crowded and it took 25 minutes to wait for 4 burgers to go.
