Oak Lawn Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

I order here all the time so when they decided to give me a deep dish pizza which didn’t look like a deep dish and completely burned! from underneath and on top! I was shocked they even gave it to me! Check your pizza before picking it up. I can’t believe they even gave it to me the way that they did. Never spending another penny at Lou Malnati’s . They hire Idiots!PS beware from reading past reviews from this place, these idiots have a reputation for selling burned pizzas and they know about it! Beware beware beware!

Well first off service was friendly and professional. Secondly, about 12 hours following eating, did not feel so good. May or may not be direct correlation, but sauce was overly watery, ordered deep dish with sausage and tomatoes. Either way not sure if this is a normal for that. As far as I gredients go, I believe you get a good amount for the cost, however way, way too much Italian sausage. It really takes away from the entirety of the pie when it's an entire flattened sausage over the whole thing. I wouldn't order it again with sausage. It's way to much meat. Smaller sized Italian sausage is much better. Had cookies as a side. Not good at all. No flavor, semi hard. Not worth it.

Placed an order on the app at 2:30 in the afternoon for a 6:30 PM delivery on Valentine's Day received my order 40 minutes late even though I ordered it four hours ahead of time ordered two pizzas and a Caesar salad. .Most of the lettuce on the salad was brown and wilted one of the pizza's was fine and as you can see below in the photos the heart-shaped pizza was completely burned. I called the store sat on hold for quite a while before a worker came on I asked to speak to a manager she asked what was wrong? I told her my pizza was burnt and she's like burnt like black? I said yes the crust is completely black so she said she would try and get a manager and then put me back on hold sat again for quite awhile Before she came back and told me that the manager was too busy to talk to me and that I would have to call the store back tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable considering I order from here at least once a month and spend a lot of money here. I understand that it was Valentine's Day but to not even speak with me. I asked if the manager could call me back so the worker told me that they would try well That has not happened. Where is the customer service these days? I will be calling the store back tomorrow very disappointed considering this is my favorite pizza place and I order from here a lot but I am going to have to rethink this and Consider ordering from someplace else.

Terrible customer service and they can’t get the pizza order right still charge you full price after you wait another 30 minutes for a new pizza!!

Today I purchased two individual pizzas to go for my sister and myself with the toppings of pepperoni and mushrooms. Honestly, the pizza should have been identified as cheese and tomatoe pizza because there was only two pieces of pepperoni on each and a few mushrooms. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
