Jumpin' Java Espresso Company

My wife and I are staying at Fort Caswell Baptist Assembly Convention Center. We always go to Jumpin' Java Espresso Company. They, of course, are a real coffee shop making coffee drinks, smoothies and frappes. Yesterday (Sunday) I went to 4 different coffee shops on Oak Island ???? (not even close to real coffee shops) and I ordered lattes. They were *all* awful and gross -I poured them out. So it's Monday and I'm here at Jumpin' Java, drinking a latte, an excellent latte at that! Jumpin' Java isimmediately to the right when one reaches the other side of the intercoastal waterway bridge. It is across the road from theairport. Don't go to anyplace on Oak Island, go to Jumpin' Espresso Company instead!

Best small coffee shop in the area unless you wanna drive out to BSL or Wilmington

So great for the price, and the ice cubes are frozen coffee! I would love to see this place take off and start a chain.

Jumpin Java is one of our many things we MUST have when we come to visit the beach no matter the time of year!! We love the service!!! Everything we have ever gotten here is always fantastic!! I would rather have this any day over Starbucks. Also extremely convenient for us because you’re in the neighborhood also.

This is the best little coffee shop. It should be franchised and be everywhere like Starbucks and Dunkin but I don’t think anyone other than their specific staff would be able to replicate wonderful guest experiences and delicious drinks. The staff is what makes this shop so special and while I used to live closer and get to enjoy it more often now it is a “must visit” for my husband and I every time we hit the island or the trip feels incomplete. Also over the three years I’ve been visiting here they have appeared to have the same staff- which to me speaks to treating your employees like family and prioritizing as people before employees. Very special place all around.
