The baked items are great. You might think that it would make sense to go to the bakery itself for the items found in local stores. We were excited to visit but arrived to find a large room with a small quantity of products for sale. Then, spotting the item were were hoping to buy, we saw why: The 12.99 item we'd bought last week from a store on the other side of the city was... 15.99. Staff tried to say the other store was doing wholesale, which did not help, it only reinforced that we obviously weren't getting any such discount from the source. I can only assume they don't want to deal with the public, but had to make some effort to accomodate folks if they came by, which is unfortunate.
