Qdoba Mexican Eats - Oak Creek

I stopped going to this location because my PRE PAID, CALL IN, PICKUP orders are/were ALWAYS wrong! They've even been so brave as to forget to add my Protein to my burrito. Not once.. but THREE TIMES!!! Call to complain and it's met with attitudes from management . If I paid for meat, I think I should receive it, common sense stuff here. Free chips aren't going to solve it

Keto Friendly Option... but never have the items in stock, so it's often a waste of time. Staff are very lenient on the quality of their food in general, came with a friend who was disappointed with how undercooked the steak was. Not sure if they'reunderstaffed or just incredibly lax about things in general, but everything sums up into a very unwelcoming experience.

The best place for a huge burrito or a bowl of protein and the Queso and chips is a must.

The food is always enjoyable. Typical service you'd expect from a fast food place. I rarely eat at any Qdoba because the interior design lends itself to poor acoustics and it's always noisy.

On a busy Saturday, two employees were working hard at the restaurant. Despite a long line of customers waiting to order and people picking up online orders, the staff remained courteous and professional. One customer picking up a delivery order seemed unaware of the wait and approached a staff member to show her phone. The staff member politely addressed her and then proceeded to assist others in line before her. Despite the busy rush, the employees continued to efficiently fill orders for the duration of the 45 minutes I was there. Their calm and friendly demeanor did not waver, making for a pleasant dining experience.
