Qdoba Mexican Eats - Oak Creek

How you guys handled the buy one get one burrito sale was terrible. I understand you guys were under tons of stress but half of us put our order in online hours before. Me and several others had placed our orders at 5pm and I have up at 8:30pm. I got Taco Bell instead and called it a day. I WILL be contacting my bank and showing this as proof. You didn’t let anyone cancel their order, said the system wouldn’t let you. Then take care of orders placed first. People just started getting in line and placing their orders and saying they would call it and report it as double charged to their bank the next day. Insane! The poor staff suffered because of failed management.

Both my Son and my wife had severe rounds of stomach pain and throwing up throughout the night. They both had steak and both had Queso in burrito bowls on 2/9/24. I'm not looking for anything except to bring attention to owner of the oak creek branch to check on food preparation, times of food left out and overall sanitary conditions. Fix it...you don't mess with food. It looks like my family is okay now...its been a hell of a night.

Every once in a while, someone needs QDOBA food. Burritos are delish!

Its ok for fast food. At least the rice was not uncooked like some other places.

Fire the short, fat, blond kid with glasses. He spit in my food when he thought I wasn’t looking. He also tried to ask for more money then was due over all the restaurant wouldn’t be great other than that kid.
