Culver's - Oak Creek

The past 2 times I 've gone to this culvers my food has been incorrect even though it 's just 2 burgers and 2 fries. They messed up the toppings on the burger which is everything except no tomato and no onion that 's EXACTLY how it 's ordered. Both times were in the drive thru. Both times the burger came with the wrong condiments. Not only that,but I waited 27 minutes for my food the first time 14 minutes this past time. It 's ridiculous that when going for quick easy through a drive thru,I 'm waiting just as long as if I went and sat down at a nice restaurant. Not only that,but to wait for my food AND get it incorrect? Completely ridiculous. This Culvers has gone downhill throughout the years and when located right by other restaurants, it 's worth it to just go somewhere else that can accommodate to quick and easy service with the correct order being given. Instead I 'm forced to go inside and get the correct food. Not only all of this,but when going to fix YOUR errors,I 'm told that the manager,in both cases being the OWNER(Alex),that he 's too busy to come and work out the problem since they 're so busy and too swamped .An OWNER being too busy to help his customers? How embarrassing

The food is fine but I ordered a family size fry and I don’t feel like I got a family size portion based on my experience with ordering the same thing at different locations. The bottom of the container was lined one fry deep. Also, I saw my food go into another person’s car have them look at it and then give it back to the worker who then walked around, looking at other cars and then finally bringing it to me and telling me it’s because the person directly behind me has the same exact number that I do. I’m not sure that I feel exactly comfortable with this.

I am in a local nursing home recovering from a stroke. My son went to Culvers to purchase a lunch for me instead of eating the usual nursing home food. The butter burger was great and made exactly with the toppings I wanted. Onion rings were hot, fresh and not greasy or soggy; and the.caramel malt was like heaven to top it all off.

THEY NOW SERVE COKE PRODUCT'S. Even though busy, the staff is pleasant and really care about customer service. . Happy to return my business here.
