Bidrage med feedbackVisited this place recently, the food took forever to come. We started with loaded nachos (no meat which took about 30 minutes, the drinks were good. The place looked a bit old and unclean kind of, there was only one server, maybe since it’s off season, the tables were not cleared for about 45 minutes (not server’s fault, she was all alone, taking orders, making drinks, cleaning the main course took about 40 minutes for 2 quesadillas.. the quesadillas were huge, but by the time we got it, we almost had lost our appetite. I would not recommend this place, given there are so many other restaurants in the street.
The food here was great, and the portions were good-sized. Serive was also top-notch. There were a lot of margarita and other tequila selection in their menu. But we did not try them. We had quesadilla grande and fajitas along with chips and Pico. This was enough for 4 people.Pico was fresh and small in quantity compared to large bowl of chips. So we asked for extras salsa. The salsa was clearly store bought, not fresh, and again, it was a small cup. When we got the check, to my surprise, extra salsa was charged around $3. I've never seen any tex-mex place to charge for store bough salsa. But I highly recommend this place for lovely food. And not to mention, they are the only place who stays open late till 12 AM. When we visited at the end of March, all other restaurants closed around 9 pm.Ohh I almost forgot, don't forget to look at their wall for some funny quotes. Vegetarian options: They have a lot of options like burritos, quesadilla, and fajitas with veggie options. Highly recommend for vegetarians.
When we arrived, was already late at around 10pm. But the server and also the bar tender was so warm, the food and drinks were fantastic!! Serving was huge and very tasty...true Mexican taste as if I was transported to Mexico : .
Nice people with decent atmosphere with decent food. The most notable part of this experience was the scrumptious dessert. I believe it was a cookie with brownie and whipped cream. That was an amazing desert. Overall, I would say this is an amazing family-friendly spot with acceptable food and amazing deserts!
We really enjoyed our lunch. We had the chips and salsa. The chips seemed homemade and were warm. Delicious. We also had the chicken wings with Teriyaki. Also delicious. It's a tiny place. Not crazy about the atmosphere but the food was good.
