Starbucks In Ch - o Hills

I know I get it it’s hard to wake up in the morning and go to work but costumer services is a priority on a bussines like that but I think no body tell to this morning barista but oh well is my honest opinion of this place

The Vanilla iced latte is so good and the young guy that looks a bit Asian that works in Starbucks in the afternoon is so helpful and he has great customer service.

This barista, Sherry, is very rude. I bought 3 tumblers a few days ago and returned it in perfect condition, unused and she said it's too many to return. She better checks herself for a better customer service.

Awesome workers fast pleasant service and a perfect drink.

Workers are just chatting instead of making drinks. 15 minutes and still waiting on one drink with no line
