Bidrage med feedbackDisgusting pizza. Looks like the food quality has gone down
Very rude and racist. Make fun of customer's accent. She put our pizza on shelf and told us our pizza still on oven. After 30 minutes, she hands us the same pizza that was on shelf that is completely cold. I do not speak English well, so I just let go. Last, little recommendations for everyone. Do not afraid to report those problems to the manager. Even you do not speak English well. There will be someone that is nice and paticient to understand you or help you with your situation. The whole pizza was in the trash can because it is cold and hard to chew.
Love everything on the menu! (Traducido por Google) Me encanta todo en el menú!
Best gnocchi i've had. Light pillowy melts in your mouth spinach gnocchi with mushrooms. (Traducido por Google) Los mejores ñoquis que he probado. Ligero almohadón se derrite en la boca ñoquis de espinacas con champiñones.
This might be the worst Costco food court I’ve seen. Overall the Costco food court has been in decline for a long time. The upper management, too cowardly to raise prices even a little, have been getting rid of items and workers to cut costs, ruining the food court experience and turning the kitchen/service area and dining area into foul stys. That’s because there’s nobody there to clean up or take your order. Cashiers have been replaced by automated kiosks and the kitchen runs on a skeleton crew. The line is longer than ever, but the few employees are tied up with orders and can’t clean the tables or soda condiment areas. At Chino Hills Costco these areas are, as a rule, absolutely disgusting. Food debris and wrappers everywhere, ketchup and mustard splattered (what happened to the deli mustard, Costco? all over the dispensers, water and soda all over the soda machine, which is frequently out of ice, and even the service counter is filthy. At this Costco they have a metal tub full of drinking straws sitting out (maybe against the law, but whatever . On my last visit it was empty except for some discarded straw wrappers. Gross! They just got rid of the Churro and replaced it with an overpriced cookie. This is not the first cheapskate move they’ve made. There are no more Polish dogs, no more onions, and no more deli mustard. And the hot dogs aren’t properly wrapped in foil anymore. Instead they’re shoved into brown paper bags that aren’t conducive to eating or putting condiments on the dog. You could have raised the price to two bucks, and it would still be a great deal, but why do that when you can ruin the hot dogs instead? Costco is running their food courts into the ground. Chino Hills is particularly bad and filthy, but this is a chain wide phenomenon. They now REQUIRE a membership just to buy a hot dog. Costco is no longer the best value, because the value has been steadily removed. It’s just cheap at this point. Even the pizza has suffered. Only cheese or pepperoni? Seriously? By the way, I recently watched a cheese pie come out burned and get slipped into a box for an unsuspecting customer. I do pay attention at places like this. Little details, like filthy ripped rubber gloves they use to mark your receipt with a scratch line, then turn around and handle food. Of course they’re so understaffed that such corners will inevitably be cut. That’s what happens when you have a whole row of service windows but only one or two people handling a huge line. Is the management listening??? Recently at Chino Hills the employees made a weird “fence” around the food court out of overturned shopping carts. Very strange. It’s gone now. I’m guessing the fire department told them to get rid of it. The last straw for me was just this evening. Got the other flavor mixed in with my chocolate sundae. Not returning to this Costco EVER.
