Bidrage med feedbackThis time, I've been thinking about a deep dish. I rarely get this and so I usually forget (as this time) this deep plate quark about Little Caesars, they are always understated! When I remember this problem, I ask that the deep dish is cooked longer and that solves the problem. The people who work on this place are good people and I have nothing but good things to say. I had this problem at several locations, so it's not a special shop problem. I wish Little Caesars would fix this problem. The pizza is great if properly cooked, why not?
As someone who worked here. the General Manager Dwight uses his workers and does little work himself. He also steals from the safes and registers and does so some of his managers and then he owes his workers, who also pays? Look at the surveillance cameras if you don't believe me. Love the owners of shops in the area as they work amazing people, but the manager in this business is manipulative and not a good person to work.
Rude employees! If I could take the one star away I would. Won't answer the phone when we went in thinking they were busy they were leaning on the counter on their phone. And we we requested a pizza they acted like they never heard of pizza before. Shame. Never going there again and giving the BBB info about this location.
I walked in a 9pm on Friday 9/2/2022 and a man walks out from the back and says. We are not taking anymore orders. He turns and walks to the back! He didn 't have a Uniform on and he was very rude. You stop taking orders an hour and a half before you close? I have ordered from this store over 20 times and I have always had a great experience. I come here because they have always been the best store in my area. I am beyond dissapointed!
Last few pizzas we ordered from this location have been substantially subpar. One pizza looked as if it had been held vertically (all the toppings slid to one side and the last one had 3 inches of burnt, empty crust around the edge (no toppings. Most pizzas we got here weren't really cut into pieces properly (had to do it at home. Tried contacting the store manager (no response and then tried contacting Little Caesar's support (also no response. Zero effort to even contact me back. As a result, we have started getting pizza elsewhere (Domino's has a much better coupon going right now for what we order. Have no plans to give this chain our business any more which is sad, because I remember when Little Caesar's Pizza was the best value around. Not any more. So, my recommendation DEFINITELY check your pizza before you walk out the door, and if it's wrong, demand a refund then and there because customer support is nonexistent. If they had at least even made any sort of attempt to contact me, I wouldn't be here writing this negative review. Or, just get pizza at one of the billion other places that sell it; stop supporting a chain that DGAF.
