Hôtel-restaurant du XVIe Siècle

We stopped in this lovely little town on our way to Montreux. This restaurant hit the spot. My husband got the Chicken Cordon Blu, he raved about it. It's rare for him to be impressed by a meal! I had a pasta that was very good, a touch bland but still tasty. The side salad was simple but fresh and good also. Stop into this town, its adorable!!

So far thee best restaurant in our trip to Lausanne and the Swiss riviera! Baby loved veggie soup and I absolutely loved the local lake fish with grilled veggies, my mom had bruschetta with petit salad, outstanding! I am so happy we came here, first satisfying food experience here. Two waiters went far and beyond!! Loved those guys

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Kahre gekommen, aber das Personal hält das ganze schön sauber und gepflegt! Ich durfte aufgrund einer Geschäftsreise 2 Wochen hier verbringen, und kann nichts wirklich negatives berichten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher klein gehalten, aber es ist ja auch kein 5-Sterne-Bunker. Auch im Restaurant ist der Service sehr gut und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Festzuhalten ist auch, dass dieses jeden Abend ziemlich voll war, und eine bekannt Adresse ist.

Brasserie à l 'ancienne“ (traditional Swiss brasserie) that makes excellent food in the traditional way. We had a Cordon Bleu (works so well with a beer or a glass of white wine) and a Tartare au Cognac that were excellent. The terrasse is beautiful in the middle of the old town of Nyon and the service was 5 stars. Stick to local wines, they have Chasselas from La Côte that are simply great!

Have been there with some friends. Food was delicious and nice presented. We asked for small portion (on fotos only half portion for ladies ; . We enjoyed a fine meal and a good service.
