Kaspa's Desserts

The customer service at this restaurant was horrendous. Upon entering, there was a group of teenage girls having a party. We were told to sit at a small table by the window. We waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, until finally the girl behind the counter reluctantly told us that the tills were free if we wanted to order. Fed up with the lack of attention, we decided to leave and went to McDonald's instead.

I went to the restaurant when it was very quiet and they tried to seat us at a small table by the window. We requested a booth and were rudely and sarcastically informed that it was not possible. Even though there were plenty of booths available and the restaurant was virtually empty. The customer service was absolutely terrible. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last.

We went to Kaspas in Nuneaton at the beginning of September. We ordered 2 sundaes, which were tasty but a bit overpriced. A week later, we decided to order a delivery through JustEat. The delivery was fast, but the sundaes were very disappointing - they were much smaller than when we ate in the restaurant, and they cost £9-10 each. It was a horrible experience. They should not offer home delivery if they cannot maintain the same quality and standards.

Great loved it amazing selection from ice cream to crepes and waffles will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I only wanted something small to cool off with... How can there be such a wait when only 4 tables were seated
