Ihop - null

Website and app both clearly stated curbside delivery and have curbside parking spaces marked but after 15 minutes, I called and no answer. (Clearly busy from the looks of parking lot) I called again, and they happily brought my food out, but informed me that they no longer carry to the curb (I have a broken ankle) and in the future, would have to come inside to pick up.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was hot and fresh

Some of the things being said by the employees tobother employees could have been discussed in the back. Loud and unprofessional on the floor. Not the whole time just for a minute or two. The food was amazing!

Wasn't horrible but wasn't fantastic either, server was pretty busy so didn't see her much. Eggs were overcooked

My order was wrong after waiting over an hour. Their heat wasn't working so they had electric heaters plugged in everywhere.... The waitresses had to ask the manager for help. Won't be going back for a VERY long time!!!
