Rim Tang Cooking School - Nuea Khlong

One of the standout moments of my vacation! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was friendly, and the people were lovely! I will definitely be visiting again! :)

I went to a (private) cooking class with Pa today and I have to say it was one of the most authentic and best experiences I have had so far in Thailand. I not only learned how to cook Thai food but also learned a lot about Thai cuisine and culture. The kitchen is clean and the place is cozy. Pa speaks English perfectly so you understand every step of preparing the meals. Pa and her husband Vellu are incredibly friendly and openminded, they make you feel like a friend. The price is reasonable for what you get. I left fully satisfied, with lots of new knowledge and a smile on my face. If you are visiting Koh Jum, I definitely recommend a cooking class at Rim Tang- thank you!

We had a brilliant time with the lovely Pa at her fabulous cooking school on Koh Jum. She explains everything very well in good English and you will prep and then cook your choice from many favourite Thai dishes. Pa provides excellent and plentiful ingredients so you 'll have loads of food to eat and to take away as well. Really recommend you try this experience when you are on Koh Jum.

We love to take cooking classes when we travel because we get to learn about local foods, culture, history and so much more. We just took this cooking class with Pa and had a great time learning about all things Thai including cooking/food, history, culture and koh jum. We got to prepare some of our favorite food dishes and are looking forward to trying them at home with the recipes she gave us. We had a lot of food left over and will eat well for a few days. We highly recommend you take her cooking class.

Pa 's kitchen is an absolute recommendation for Koh Jum! Pa is a very good cook who shares her knowledge, experience and tips on Thai cooking in her fun and relaxed way. We cooked 3 dishes we chose for two and ate them between the individual courses . Since a lot of cooking was done, we were able to take the leftovers with us and have a nice evening on the beach. The conversations with your husband were also very funny and relaxed. All in all, an absolute recommendation if you want to get to know Thai cuisine in beautiful surroundings with a loving, enthusiastic woman who grew up on the small island herself. Your outdoor kitchen is also prepared with a lot of effort. We learned a lot and now have one more reason to return to Koh Jum.
