Sawtooth Grill - Noxon

Wonderful Bar and Grill! Delicious homemade food, nice big tables with plenty of room for the entire family. One side is a bar and the other a nice family friendly restaurant. My son and I loved it here! I recommend the pulled pork sandwich with the handmade chips. Best chips ever!!! My son had the soup of the day which was amazing!!!! It was almost a stew with excellent flavor and texture.

The service was outstanding, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere made for a great dining experience. The hand-crafted hamburgers were cooked to perfection and came with an abundance of toppings; I had a tough time deciding between the bacon and the pulled pork options. Speaking of the pulled pork, you could definitely tell it was homemade—not from a tub! The fries were your standard fare, but the in-house chips were a game-changer. If you enjoy thin, freshly fried potato chips, you have to order some. I found myself mindlessly devouring them until the plate was clean—whoops! (But it was a delightful mistake.) The menu may be small, but everything is done right. And I have to give a shoutout to Noxon and the surrounding Kokanee-loving Montana area for having some fantastic craft beer on tap. Elysian Superfuzz? Absolutely yes!

If you're traveling along Highway 200 through Idaho and Montana, this restaurant is a must-visit. The atmosphere in the town is just perfect, and the restaurant really knows how to create a welcoming environment by hiring great staff. We visited during late winter, a time when many places might be slow, but we found a crowd of locals enjoying a variety of homemade specials. If I wanted food from the freezer aisle, I’d go to Costco, but this place offers fresh, homemade dishes. The full bar is a great addition as well. If the winter experience was this good, I can only imagine how fantastic it must be here in spring and summer. Plus, the park across the street is a lovely spot for a stroll.

The service was quite slow, and overall, the experience wasn't very good. It might be a suitable option in a pinch, but I would recommend looking for something better.

I absolutely love dining here! The owners are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the drinks are always served ice cold!
