Hubby had Thai beef salad, gorgeous dressing not just sugar (as can be at other places). Lovely lovely staff and great atmosphere. Next time we are in nowra, def going
Really good family friendly restaurant with a great range on the menu and also a specific kids menu. Staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Food options include cooking your meat yourself on their famous hot stones or chef made meals. Food is delicious and service was quick. As a special mention, try their cocktails
First thing, this is a family friendly restaurant, if you going there and expecting ambience that doesn't get over a murmur than not for you. This is a restaurant when parent take their children, mates catch up and snapchatters post every mouthful as it gets devoured. If your after great food and service than you're on the right track. The staff are the perfect amount of attentive, always watching but not sitting on your shoulder, also not so vapid that you can't get their attention when required. The drinks are always ready and delivered on time, the food is served hot, and the dirties are cleared. Whoever sets the ground rules for these lovely ladies should be commended. The Manager and owner hovers and watches everything like a hawk, eyes on all the patrons, and the room making sure everything runs perfectly. Always at the table right when needed to sort any issue. Now the important bit, the food. I tried the bread, the pork, the steak and the dessert. When my only complaint is that both my cheese bread and my sauce were both not thick enough then I really am complaining for the sake of it. It was delicious, cooked to perfection and served with great presentation and taste. This family steak house orientated restaurant is absolutely worthy of dining at.
Chance find on the internet and a hidden gem. Went on an unexpectedly busy night before Xmas and kitchen had run out of some items we ordered. Owner, Wayne, displayed great customer service by giving our group complimentary garlic bread and a dessert to share. Always smiling, even under pressure. Novel concept of cooking your own meat or seafood on hot volcanic stone (400 degrees) or cold stone for desserts. Highly recommend a detour to try out this place in Nowra.
Polite friendly staff. Were attentive while still being very short staffed. Loved the nerdster cocktail. The starters were Delicious well presented. Wasn’t a fan of the steak but the Banoffee slice was to die for! We’ll be back for sure.
