Doors were locked 30 min before closing and no one was opening them

Walked in at 7:30 PM Tuesday, January 2nd 2024, and waited 10 minutes watching the older gentleman behind the counter wipe down bottles and ignore me standing at the register waiting to place an order. Ended up just walking out. Worst experience of my life, acting like I didn’t exist. Truly awful

I came here at around 8:30. I just happened to think that the lady in the back closes the doors at 9. Nope! Doors locked and closed at 8:30 pm. Ridiculous!

The Smoothie King app is not currently working, so I called into the location to place an order for pick up while taking my son to school, the girl on the phone refused to make an exception and allow me to order ahead for pick up. I explained we would not have time to sit there and wait for it to be made as we needed to pick it up on the way through, she did not care. Absolutely terrible service when your app is not working and it is not my fault, and there is no other way to order in advance.

I come in here almost all the time and the staff are always so lovely and patient. Love the staff and location 20/10 service and quality every time!
