Visited a couple of days ago. Was not acknowledged by the staff member. She sat on the phone in the back arguing with someone. Came out to the counter still didn’t acknowledge me and continued on the phone. Rude and unprofessional.

A must visit after a long (or short) day at Busch Gardens! I came in this evening with a group of young adults with intellectual disabilities and Jamie served us. She was stellar with them all! She took time to be sure that they each understood the menu options and assisted them in making a choice for themselves. The type of compassion and empathy that Jamie has is not something that can be taught, it is embedded in the fabric of the individual.Dietary restrictions: Three Vegan cookie options available and one gluten free option available.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of delicious flavors for all ages!

I tried the salted caramel cookies there. They were fresh out the oven and extremely tasty. I was recommended by a friend to go there and I was not disappointed!! They also serve ice cream as well so, you can get fresh baked cookies with scoops of ice cream! Yum! The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions too!Dietary restrictions: They offer vegan cookies.
