Provans - Новотроицк

This place, now called Sandro, is the worst I’ve ever been to! The food is terrible; everything is inedible. Some dishes are poorly prepared, some are undercooked, and others were completely forgotten. The waitstaff don't understand the menu at all! By the end of the evening, the waiter apologized, but those apologies won't help me avoid food poisoning. The night was ruined. We will never come back here, and I will tell all my friends that what used to be Le Provans, now Sandro, has gone downhill, so it's best to avoid it!

Great establishment, very well-kept. We went in for a meal and the food was excellent, a solid 5+. I highly recommend stopping by!

Пришли покушать, но половину блюд не было в меню, тк шашлычник был выходной, это в разгар новогодних праздников, а когда же людям ходить по кафе, как не в праздники. Странная политика. Да, и стейк не берите, в этом заведении не знают, что это такое. Принесли маааленький кусочек жареного мяса обнять и плакать . При этом стоил он вполне по взрослому. Вообще цены на уровне хороших московских ресторанов. Хотелось бы и соответствия качества
