Veggie Pit - Novosibirsk

Their diy soy milk is amazing! I had the coconut flavour and it's the best milk I've ever had. Unfortunately, the food isn't as nice. The burger and wraps are quite dry, they lack sauces, for example tahini or mayo. The overall flavour could be better, but the portion is big, especially for the price.

The new location is very easy to find. The packs and burgers really taste fresh and fill the packs are huge! Only the disadvantage is that we had to wait for 40 minutes until our food was ready.

In this early phase of expanding veganism in Russia, I get why there is only this tiny place. It is frustrating to make a full pilgrimage in any Russian city just to have a meal. My frustration became worse when, after finally finding the place (it is not exactly in the fenced building, but a bit east in the park) I fought twice for despair, every half an hour in the sun with just another costumer given up before me and with me. On my third attempt, I saw the back in 10 minutes banner up and back left. The fourth time was an attempt to give it a last attempt, the banner was up to say unnecessarily, it was actually over 10 minutes, and then, when I ordered, they closed the only small window to communicate with them for another 10 minutes. You don't speak English, which is understandable to me, but I add that so you know they can't help much with your choice. The burger I ordered was big, tasty and nutritious.

Although the theme park surrounding it was just a quarter of young families on a Thursday afternoon in late October there was still a guy in this little rack that could make me a hearty and big falafel role. For a vegetarian, it's a pretty solid and fill option and surely beats try to convince the swarm cakes to make one of them without meat. Many hummus inside too, although it was perhaps just a tangy potato sauce...? There was no queue for me and it was a five-minute wait, so no big thing

The new restaurant location is easily accessible. The wraps and burgers taste extremely fresh and are quite filling, with generously sized portions. The only downside was the 40-minute wait for our food to be prepared.
