Sushi Box - Novocherkassk

I ordered the baked hit set and the spicy eel roll today, and I was shocked by what I received. They were tiny rolls, clearly underweight. The advertised weight of the set was 720 grams, but with the packaging, wasabi, and ginger, it came to only 555 grams. The spicy eel roll weighed 187 grams, including the ginger and wasabi, while it was supposed to weigh 210 grams. It was a complete disappointment; I will never order from them again. The taste wasn’t great either—the rice was oddly sweet. Overall, it was a total letdown. Fraudsters!

Terrible service, the staff is completely unqualified! After waiting over 2 hours for my order, and this being the second time in a month, I received this disaster. You can draw your own conclusions.

I ordered once, but... they fall apart... and if you dip them in soy sauce, they completely crumble.
