Westside Family Dining - Novi

Had 6 people for breakfast service was great. Had some problems with the food the waitress brought out the manager. Right off the start he was aggressive and rude. Cold potatoes, egg shells in the omelets, tasteless biscuits and gravy. We were told if we didn’t like it we should go somewhere else. By THE MANAGER!!!!!He has lost our business for ever.

Food is subpar, staff is impatient, and prices increase 2-3 times a year. They will never get another dollar from me or anyone I know.

This is a very friendly neighborhood restaurant. I go here frequently. The breakfast is outstanding, and the sandwiches at lunch time are great. Very friendly place, lots of tables.

Fake 5 star reviews. Food has no flavor and tastes like bland rubber. Do not believe a single 5-star review, they are Liars. The workers are excellent, kind, and always helpful. But, this doesn’t excuse the terrible low quality food. Only go to this restaurant if you want to pay for the kind workers’ smiles, not the trash food.

I love the grilled chicken pita I always call and and my order is always fresh and hot and they have the best ranch
