Chili's Grill - Novi

To our surprise, our food was brought out quite quickly after we placed our order. It arrived hot and absolutely delicious. I commend the staff who were there during our visit. Our waiter, who also played the role of the hostess by greeting guests and keeping the tables clean for those who were willing to wait, did an excellent job. A big thank you to the team members who chose to come in and work that day!

I found the online ordering process for pickup to be quite convenient. My food was ready exactly on time. I ordered a full slab of ribs, fries, and a side salad along with fried pickles. The pickles were perfectly crispy and crunchy. The salad was generous with fresh ingredients, including lots of lettuce, cucumbers, croutons, diced tomatoes, and red onions. The ribs were fantastic, and there was enough left over for a second meal. However, the fries were inconsistent; some were limp and soggy, while others had some firmness but didn’t have the crunch I prefer. I appreciate the restaurant's initiative to encourage patrons to round up their bills to donate the extra change to St. Jude's. Despite my reservations about the fries, the overall service and the quality of the other food were excellent! Picking up my order was a breeze too. I received a text notification, and when I arrived, I simply clicked a link to let them know which parking spot I was in. My order was brought to my car within minutes. For reference, curbside pickup is on the south side of the restaurant, facing 8 Mile.

The burgers were fantastic, and the Texas fries were amazing. Everything was just really delicious!
