Today, as happens every now and then, I had lunch here, during my lunch break. Being alone I happened to observe the entire team at work. A beautiful group of cheerful people, complicit in their professionalism. I noticed looks of understanding between them and that healthy having fun and spending a good time while working which is then transferred to customers with a special sense of welcome.
