We visit this establishment every year, but this year we were disappointed. The grapefruit lemonade was only colored soda, the soup unflavored. The lady in front of us charged 10 CZK more for the fries and lemonade than the stated price, unfortunately she noticed it too late and didn't even get the receipt. When I wanted to buy one more cake 20 min. before closing time, I was told that the kitchen was no longer cooking. The tray with the cake is placed at the delivery window, there is no need to prepare it. Incomprehensible reluctance and unresponsiveness.

I've never had a worse experience from a company, the service was unpleasant and it's obvious that they don't have enough financial compensation judging by the annoyed attitude and expression on their faces. not even a beer from a dirty pint and a foul soup saved it I would definitely recommend it to those who like traumatic experiences, not to others!!!!!
