Bidrage med feedbackWe were there last week and they just started the new a la carte menu. we had the planner as starter and the cordon bleu and the filet steak rossini as main course. the tartar was perfectly spiced and they can have it as a shave version. my steak was cooked to perfection. beautiful view of the lake a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. no need to dress up.
A way to experience excellent service. a fabulous festival of the aromen. innovative and well-thought menu.
Had one of the best meal times I had at the bottom. their seafood were divine. You know, great wein and one-time bullshit choice. prices reflect this service level in Switzerland.
Contempt! the restaurant is now sempia, has a new concept and unfortunately no longer comes to the style and quality of restaurant ran. the service immediately draws attention to the new concept: "we now have so small portions and there you simply order several of them." In the card you will find several appetizers, suppening and quasi-leading. I ordered a bark statue for 7 francs and an salat for 5th and as a main course a salmon burger (15th-). then first the positive surprise: the greetings from the kitchen are served exactly as before and are perfect. then the appetizers were brought, and it is necessary to be very brave: the barkstatar would feel very lonely in a suppen spoon and the salate was served in a barrel, which corresponded to about half a yoghurt cup. the Lachs-Burger had about the size of a tennis ball. nevertheless: the foods are very, very tasty but just too small. clear, in a sushi restaurant you also combine small portions, only there is basically fish. in the sempia you should probably have to eat bark to the crab cocktail and also order two tennis ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-ball-chs-Burger for 30.-. really bad! I was here in summer at least once a week, but I don't want to get out with hunger every time.
The restaurant may not fit to the seminar hotel, the map is small but fine, high-priced, but the foods are of outstanding quality. Whether deaf, bark, zander, greeting from the kitchen and cheese selection - always a taste cake is hidden somewhere. special mention deserves the selection of spirits, the whiskeys are perfectly served with water in the glass and pipette, sensational selection and good description.
