I have to say, we waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. We had to warm it up ourselves. When we called the restaurant to complain, the person on the phone was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. We even spoke to the owner, who seemed overwhelmed and unable to control the situation. We are very disappointed. Our family has been ordering from this restaurant for years, but after this experience, we will not be ordering again. It's really disappointing.

A friend recommended a restaurant called never look back, and I must say, the food there was absolutely incredible. I live in Sherwood and unfortunately, they do not deliver to my area through Just Eat. I hope they can fix this issue soon, as they did accept delivery over the phone. Please start delivering to my area! I love your food!

Terrible! No words can describe what this pineapple chicken looks and smells like. Very very raw uncooked chicken. I ordered via Just Eat and received my order fine. When it arrived, i was ready to share and I couldn’t because of what it smelled like. I thought i was doing well by trying something different but this was the wrong choice. Rightly, i rang the restaurant to see if they could resolve the issue. The manager of the restaurant rudely asked me to bring the food back this is the only way he could assist. I told him no! The reason is, if i wanted to leave home, i would have left in the first place to place my order and collect it. He wouldn’t help otherwise which is frustrating and very sad. I’ve ordered before but this is definitely my last time. As a customer spending their hard earned money in this difficult time, you have restaurants like this exploiting customers who choose to spend with them. Very unacceptable of the manager of Tung Fong. Hope others see this and understand that if you have an issue, no one will help you as they don’t care!

Rang in the order for the food and paid on arrival, although you can pay over the phone. On arrival the staff were polite and courteous and we only waited a few minutes for our order, even though there were a number of other customers. We had made a big order and were given a box to safely carry it our to our car. The food was piping hot and there was plenty of it. And, it was absolutely beautiful. There is a good braod menu and highly recommend it.......truly. Chicken balls in batter absolutely yummy but everything was.
