Good subscription and worth the price Staff are so unbelievably rude The large lady with brunette hair so disgustingly rude makes you feel like you have done something terrible towards her Middle aged large man with receding hair line is also very rude HOWEVER the most rudest is the old man with white hair so rude so dismissive I asked him in my to go bag no pork proceeded to put a ham sandwich complained to me when I corrected him) Miserable grumpy horrible workers

Really lovely staff they are all so polite especially 2 blonde girls one of them is with an accent and has a beautiful laugh and radiating positivity. While the other one speaks warmly and uses nice phrases like here you go lovei just love the staff. We need a bigger Pret cause it’s always full.

Extreamly rude staff! Very passive aggressive and when I told him he was being passive aggressive he complained that he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with this. Honestly I was very shocked at how rude the staff was. Even if your having a bad day there is not excuse to be rude to a customer.

I've been coming to this Pret for about 6 months, and in the last 2 the atmosphere has soured even more than when I first went there. The staff screaming orders and, rightly or wrongly I don't know, getting angry with customers has created a very tense environment, leading to me sadly having to find an alternative coffee shop. Friends have found the staff extremely rude, though I have not personally encountered this.

Brilliant service and always hands me a perfect cup of hot chocolate
