Mcdonald's Nuthall Road - Nottingham

Came here with grandchildren. Ordered on my phone at the table. It was quite busy and food took a little time to arrive. Children enjoyed their food, so did the adults. It is sometimes difficult to remember what is in each meal. My wife and I like McFlurries and apple Pies. The place is an old house. The staff are helpful. And the place was clean.

The staff and managers at this restaurant were excellent, with Josh standing out as particularly helpful. In my opinion, he is a star. The wait times were also short.

I had some burgers today from here, they were spot on. Manager Josh is a winner. Top marks for the burgers and winner Josh.

Asked for a cup of tea through the drive through. Got to my destination and started drinking. Tasted bland. Opened the lid. I just had hot water. No milk no tea bag. Thanks!

Possibly the worst mcdonalds I've been too. Took my order and after 20 mins still no food. Queue of people parked up waiting At least be honest when you're too incompetent to get the food ready on time Fast food it aint
